The Church of Christ at Dartmouth College welcomes you to join us in prayer, worship, and service. We encourage you to enrich your Christian faith by exploring and participating in the varied programs and ministries of this congregation. Our purpose, declared in our bylaws, is to "show forth the love of God in the world through worship and service." In worship we remember with thanksgiving and rejoicing that by God's grace we have been made, and called, to be God's children. In service, to one another and to those beyond this congregation everywhere, we seek to be the persons God has called us to be in Jesus Christ.

We invite you to share this pilgrimage with us.

Please join us! All are welcome!

WINTER PARKING: As we are in snow season, those of you who are able-bodied please park in a place other than the church parking lot on Sundays. The parking lot is kept well plowed and ready to accommodate those who are less able and need to park close to the elevator entry.

Lent – A Season for Study, Prayer, and Reflection
Make a Commitment for Lent this year – Bible Study, Study Sessions about facing the end of life, Friday musical programs for meditation and prayer – or all three!

Sundays, at 4pm, beginning February 21 – Bible Study led by Fred Berthold (see the article in Our Life Together).

Tuesdays, 3:30-5pm – February 23 – March 30 – Faithfully Facing Dying: A Lenten Study on Critical Issues and Decisions
This six-week series will be led by Carla Bailey and Ann Bradley. Participants are asked to commit to all six sessions if possible. Together we will talk about dying – getting familiar with the language of death, pondering what we each want for ourselves and our loved ones. We will look at Advance Directives, palliative care, hospice care, physician-assisted suicide. This is, by its very nature, a deeply sensitive topic. We urge participants to be gentle with yourselves and with one another as we ponder the end of life.

Fridays, 12:10-12:50 – Musical Fridays – February 26-March 26
On Fridays in Lent, beginning on Feb 26, there will be a series of 5 musical programs over the noon hour in the sanctuary. Selections of reflective music will alternate with selected reflective readings. These programs will last about 40 minutes, and you are invited to bring a bag lunch if you wish. Plans are still being firmed up, but the first of these Fridays will be organ music.
Later Fridays will include soprano and alto duets, flute and harpsichord music. The Dartmouth Chamber Singers may sing for us as well. These programs are for the members of CCDC; we're doing them to provide an opportunity for you to spend some quiet, reflective time to help you give shape to give shape to your Lenten journey, but the public will also be invited.
